The largest and most advanced manual push gantry crane system in China has been designed through precise finite element analysis, filling a major gap in the country.
The successful manufacturing of the largest domestic and international simple manual push gantry crane has greatly solved the demand for large gantry cranes in simple production workshops. With a work level of a1, it is cost-effective and labor-saving for less frequently used work environments, while also solving practical difficulties encountered. The biggest advantage of a simple gantry crane is that it can be manually pushed on flat ground. After careful calculation and finite element analysis, we have designed the largest and most suitable simple crane. The maximum effective load of the simple manual gantry crane is 10 tons, and it can be pushed by two people under effective load conditions. We have solved the problem of excessive damping coefficient very well. By specially designing customized universal wheels, we have designed the four universal wheels of the simple crane as double wheels, which greatly reduces the damping coefficient under limited load increase, and smoothly and completely completes the task of two people pushing. The crane can fully meet the user's demand for simple lifting design. We have achieved a perfect combination of design and practical application, and through our efforts, the production and manufacturing process of the crane has been successfully completed. With the joint efforts of us and the user, the lifting and installation of the crane were completed in one go. After the lifting test, the crane successfully lifted 12.5 tons, meeting and fully complying with the national inspection standards for cranes. Successfully passed the acceptance of the local geological inspection bureau and fully met the lifting requirements of the user. Successfully delivered and received unanimous praise from users.
